PRIMARY RESEARCH

Primary research was conducted via a series of questionnaires, interviews with customers in the queue waiting for Palace to open and observations from inside their store.

These were uploaded into Facebook groups which the Palace consumer interacts with as well as sent in private messages to people who engaged with Palace's social media posts.  Participants were fully debriefed and informed of their right to withdraw from the study.
